All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). All withdrawal requests are subject to a security review. Ensure your KYC verification is complete to avoid delays. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

Withdrawals may be delayed if your KYC verification is incomplete, if there is an active bonus with unmet wagering requirements, or if the withdrawal is flagged for a routine security review. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 24 hours, please contact our live chat support team with your transaction reference number and we will resolve it promptly.

Bonuses & Promotions

philbos offers a welcome bonus for new players on their first deposit. The exact bonus amount and terms are displayed on the promotions page at the time of registration. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Always read the full bonus terms before claiming any offer.

Wagering requirements (also called playthrough requirements) specify how many times you must bet the bonus amount before you can withdraw any winnings derived from it. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place ₱20,000 in total bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Different games may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements.

No. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements are fully met. If you wish to withdraw your real-money balance before completing wagering requirements, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited. Your original deposit (minus any losses) may still be withdrawable depending on the specific bonus terms.
